Fettling Booths
This equipment provides a simple and highly effective solution to the removal of dust from operations such as grinding, fettling and rubbing down of various large components in cast iron, steel, aluminium, reinforced plastic or other materials. Illumination of the working area as standard fitting. 
Down Draught Benches
Used for sanding, grinding and fettling smaller components that can readily be positioned on a bench. Typical applications include all metal grinding, the dressing of glass reinforced plastics and other materials.
NonFlam Wet Collectors/Filters
These units are particularly useful for the control of hot dusts from metal grinding, polishing, linishing, fettling and cast iron dressing. Other applications include leather and rubber grinding and trimming, spraying pottery glazes plus wide belt grinding and sanding machines. Nonflam wet collectors have proved successful on damp and sticky dust applications and are mandatory when working with explosive dusts such as aluminium, titanium and magnesium.
PolyTex Filters
The Polytex range is ideal for removing all dry dust and powders from dust producing machinery and processes. Typical applications include all wood cutting and sanding machines, tea and food processing, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, ceramics, rubber, leather and plastics.
AutoFlo Filters
The Autoflo is a self-cleaning system designed for continuous dust removal (24 hours per day, 7 days per week) on applications such as food processing, tablet making and chemical processes, difficult or heavy dust loads.
ContiFlo Filters
A continuous-rated filter for fumes, smokes, mists and bacteria for a wide range of applications from air conditioning to oil mists. A unique feature of the Contiflo is the ability to reduce maintenance to a minimum as the filter can be changed during operation of the filter.
Dustand Filters
Small compact filter units using dry and wet filter media. The units are sized to accept small machines mounted on the top, saving floor and bench space.
Fume Benches
Benches in various sizes designed for the removal of fumes in hand gluing, coating and spraying operations. Applications include gluing soles of shoes, hand brushing adhesives, solvents, resins, paints
Spray Booths
Ideal for all extraction when spraying small components Typical applications would include paints, lacquers and latex for shoes.
Oil Mist Units
Collects oil mist from manual or automatic metal cutting machines such as lathes, millers, drilling and grinding machines.
Laminar Flow Booths
These Booths are ideal for operator protection when weighing chemicals, powders or filling drums with dust and fume producing chemicals. The operator can work in the Booth without a mask as the contaminated air is constantly removed from the breathing zone.
Swarf Units
Used to collect large metal swarf chips from milling and turning operations. Provides a much improved working environment in the machine shop.
Textile Waste Units
Specially developed for the clothing industry. The system removes lint, threads and other debris which are generated in garment manufacture. Benefits include improved working environment by eliminating dust and cleaning time thereby reducing machine down time and maintenance.
ThornAir Turntable
Floor and inset mountings for loads of 1 tonne and upwards with balanced air feeds to reduce the risk of oscillation. Ideal for locating and positioning work placement.
