The Autoflo is a self-cleaning system designed for continuous dust removal (24 hours per day, 7 days per week) from applications such as continuous food processing, tablet making and chemical processes and difficult or heavy dust loads.
Operation
Contaminated air is drawn into the unit through specially designed fabric tube or cartridge filters which trap the dust. The dust accumulated on the tube or cartridge is periodically dislodged by passing a pulse of compressed air through the filter in the opposite direction to the air flow and is collected in a bin or hopper. These pulses of air occur about every 60 seconds. Note: this unit requires a separate compressed air source.

Options
- Dust collection can be into a rigid bin, disposable polythene bag or via a rotary valve into a collection skip or hopper.
- For special applications stainless steel is available.
- Various cartridge and fabric tube media are available to meet widely differing applications.
